The Services, including all content, features, and functionality (excluding User Content), are owned by Mediacast or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

AI-Generated Content

The Services may use artificial intelligence to generate or enhance media content (e.g., audio, video, podcasts). You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content. Mediacast does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of AI-generated outputs.

Service Availability

Mediacast strives to provide a reliable and high-quality platform, but the Services are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee specific uptime percentages, uninterrupted access, or particular performance levels. Occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

Payment and Subscriptions

If the Services include paid features, subscriptions, or purchases, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mediacast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
